Associate Delivery Manager

We are looking for a young enthusiastic professional who wants to pursue a real Project Management Career in an Agile-based Product Engineering environment. The Associate Delivery Manager will closely work with the Product Delivery Team to assist them with various activities to ensure a successful and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and tracking Agile Release Trains
• Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings
• Conducting all Agile-Scrum Ceremonies and maintaining Artifacts consistently
• Action Item follow up from various meetings and gatherings
• Maintain Jira Dashboards and project backlogs
• Maintain RAID records and take proactive measures
• Maintain Risk Registers for Release trains
• Providing administrative support to Special Projects/Programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/IS/SE or Equivalent
• 4+ Years of experience in Software Development Industry ( Dev, QA, BA, L2 etc. )
• 1 + Years of PM/Scrum Master Experience handling multiple teams
• Experience in G-Suite, Jira, Talio, MS-Project and MS Office Packages
• A fast learner with soft skills such as EQ , multitasking, time-management, etc
• Solid Project Management and Agile/Scrum Knowledge is a must PMP or CAPM is a must
• Any certification such as PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Self motivated individual with Leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
