Your Role

A professional Food and Beverage Controller to be responsible for calculating costs and short and long-term planning of the Food & Beverage controlling and pricing aspects.

What are we looking for?

• 5 years above experience at similar capacity in a hospitality environment
• Having food and beverage qualifications would be an advantage
• Should have good analytical, decision making, communication & interpersonal ability to work well within a team
• Experience with Accounting systems, POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have high-level attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
