Your Role:

• Write end-user documentation and training materials
• Assist with API documentation for internal and external developers
• Making continuous improvements to existing documentation to keep it up to date and accurate.
• Writing training curricula and certification tests for L1 and L2 customer support agents.
• Creating and curating articles that solve our customers’ most important problems
• Describe new features and explain bug fixes in release notes

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Ability to work deadlines and meet targets
• Ability to manage own time efficiently and effectively
• Ability to work in international, multi-discipline, cross-functional teams
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
• 02 — 03 Years’ experience in a similar role
• Technical depth gained through experience in technical positions such as software development, business analysis. DevOps. or L2,’L3 support.
• Ability to understand code, scripts, and web services will be an advantage
