Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Elicit requirements and perform requirements analysis
  • Documenting and facilitating information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
  • Working closely with clients, development teams, and managerial staff
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a BA in the IT sector
  • A Degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Ability to grasp technical aspects effectively
  • Excellent communication & writing skills in English
  • Ability to work independently meeting tight deadlines
  • Can do attitude with a positive mindset and hunger to learn and grow
