Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze training needs, prepare training calendar, execute the same to fulfill identified training needs, measure /ensure the effectiveness of training
  • Conduct post-training evaluations for all the training conducted by the Learning & Development Department
  • Coordinating the 5S activities, preparing reports, and presenting them to management as and when required
  • Ability and willingness to travel outstations for training programs

Requirements

  • A professional qualification in the relevant field
  • Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar capacity
  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and efficiency in multi-tasking
  • Ability to develop effective interpersonal relations with cross-functional teams
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills

Age: below 30 years
