Farm Manager

Nevil Nutri Feeds (Pvt) Ltd is recruiting for an Experienced Farm Manager to work on a commercial broiler farm based in Madurupitiya Meerigama. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Clients’ expanding and fully integrated farming process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the farm and its team.

Job requirements

• Minimum 05 years experience in a similar job role
• A relevant degree or diploma in farm animal management
• Hands-on experience m MS office
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of animal health and behavior management should possess excellent computer literacy, reporting, and presenting skills
• An incumbent should possess a higher profile in leadership and people management
• The incumbent should possess basic accounting and costing knowledge to review farm performance and strong knowledge of proposing and implementing cost-cutting measures
• Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to ) day-to-day management of the poultry and administrative tasks
