Executive – Human Resources

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the entire recruitment process in order to attract the best talents for the available opportunity
• Facilitate the onboarding process in order to place the candidate within the minimum time period
• Execute day-to-day Human Resources operations
• Handling/Coordinating monthly payroll process and all other remuneration payments of employees
• EPF/ETF-related matters
• Maintain and update the personal files/databases
• Preparation of all employee letters and related correspondence accurately in a timely manner
• Grievance Handling and good employee relationship
• Responsible for the HRIS system

Qualification and Experience

• Age below 30 years
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Possess minimum of 2-3 years experience in handling all HR activities
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and Handle multiple tasks
• Good Interpersonal Skills & Communication Skills
