GENERAL MANAGER MRC GROUP We are a well-established BOI-approved Group of companies with a history of 40 years involved in Manufacturing, Exports, International Trading, Logistics in Sri Lanka and Overseas We are seeking an experienced and committed individual to join our team as General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily business operations
• Design Long term and short term strategies and set goals for business growth
• Evaluate and improve overall operations and financial performance
• Set policies , processes, and operational KPIs and evaluate regularly Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or a Master in Business Administration
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the apparel or manufacturing sector
• Strong leadership qualities
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication skills Good interpersonal skills
