Software Engineer/Senior software engineer – Java

Responsibilities:

♦ Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies, tools, and platforms.
♦ Produce high quality and designs by following industry best practices and coding standards.
♦ Communicate with clients as and when required.
♦ Responsible for clear communication (both written and verbal) with technical and non-technical contacts (internal and external) and all seniority levels.
♦ Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
♦ Work with non-technical business teams to understand the functionality, composition, and user requirements.
♦ Ability to achieve tasks with minimum supervision.
♦ Participate in design discussions..

Competencies:

♦ Hands-on experience – Java, Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Micro Services
♦ 3-5 years of progressive experience developing software using Java
♦ Experience perform unit testing and troubleshooting java applications
♦ Prior knowledge implementing design patterns in Java
♦ Ability to multi-task and work against deadlines/priorities
♦ Prior experience in the Fintech domain would be an added advantage.
