Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR-related internal communication
  • Manage end-to-end customer/ expatriate visits to the Sri Lankan region being a centralized contact point
  • Work on employee overseas travels
  • Coordinating with BOI-related offices and other regulatory bodies related to HR
  • Handling all regional level agreements and HR-related documentation
  • Regional event management
  • Assists in employer branding
  • Plan and coordinate general administrative tasks and devise ways to streamline the processes

Educational and Skill Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM/ Administration or PQHRM or any equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in handling overseas travels would be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A person of attention to detail, creative thinking, and analytical skills
