Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR-related internal communication
- Manage end-to-end customer/ expatriate visits to the Sri Lankan region being a centralized contact point
- Work on employee overseas travels
- Coordinating with BOI-related offices and other regulatory bodies related to HR
- Handling all regional level agreements and HR-related documentation
- Regional event management
- Assists in employer branding
- Plan and coordinate general administrative tasks and devise ways to streamline the processes
Educational and Skill Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/ Administration or PQHRM or any equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in handling overseas travels would be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A person of attention to detail, creative thinking, and analytical skills
