Junior Software Engineers (Python)

One of our prestigious Clients’ who is a leading UK-based “IT Company” is looking for talented “Junior Software Engineers” to join their team in Colombo immediately.

Qualification & Experience

• Age between 20-30 years. (Male/Female)
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in application development using Python.
• Experience in Python 3.7 or greater, especially using Data Science tools such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience in deploying cloud services such as GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Docker or AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Knowledge in popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, Tornado or Pyramid.
• Knowledge of best practices in development including GitOps, Unit testing and DevOps processes.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills.
• Interest in learning new languages, APIs, frameworks and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to quickly and independently adapt to different technologies.
• Team player with the ability to work well in a distributed development environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
