Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of Risk Management framework
• Risk Identification and Assessment
• Risk Mitigation and Control
• Risk Reporting and Communication
• Compliance and regulatory Requirements
• Internal Control and Audits
• Training and Awareness
• Crisis Management and Business Continuity
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
• Data Analysis and Risk Modeling
• Financial Risk Management

The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:

• Should be a member of CA Sri Lanka
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management or related a related field,
• Experience in shipping and logistic related will be added advantage
• Should align with company purpose and culture
• Managing risk, controlling financial integrity and complying with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the full audit cycle
• Prepare and deliver reports that detail the findings of the audit and the auditing process.
• Help to create the company’s annual audit plan
