Manager / Deputy Manager – Finance

- MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER – FINANCE
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall accounting and financial management of the company
- Finalizing monthly and annual financial statements and participating in the preparation of the annual report
- Actively involved in managing working capital and cash flow management
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate accounting and financial reporting
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ICASL, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable
- MBA would be considered as an added qualification and strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws applicable in Sri Lanka Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification managerial experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Must have excellent analytical skills, sound understanding of financial operating systems and procedures such as ERP systems, SAP system is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Age above 35 years
