Legal Officer

Due to rapid expansion in our operations, we are seeking a dynamics self-motivated result oriented individual to fill the following position immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Appearing in Courts on behalf of the Company
• Ability to draft pleadings and handle various types of cases such as customer complaints, labor cases food regulatory compliance, money recovery, debt recovery, etc
• Drafting, and reviewing executing Notarial Instruments
• Provide legal opinion/advice support to internal departments, branches other companies in the Group

Qualifications

A capable and diligent legal professional with 5-8 years of post-qualifying experience and a proven track record In a similar capacity with exposure to the following areas:

• Should be an Attorney at Law & Notary Public
• A Degree/Master’s in Law from a recognized university will be an added advantage
• Prior working experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing sector would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
