Candidate Profile

• BSc Management degree with Human Resource Management ( HRM ) speciality / BSc General Degree with HR speciality
• Minimum 01 year of experience as an Executive Exposure to the field of construction will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizing, coordination, public relation , communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential
• The candidate should be innovative, excellent in computer literacy including MS Office Candidates from Colombo and suburbs will be given priority

Job Scope

• He / she should organize Knowledge Management programmes in areas identified by the management to meet programme objectives , communicate information among respective stakeholders and constantly update databases Furthermore
• He / she should support management to identify gaps in regular basis , under the supervision of Assistant General Manager ( QHSE and Knowledge Management ) .
