The role

You will play a key role in the supercharging of the brand’s strategy in growth and creation of buzzworthy and relevant community hyper-growth activations and content strategy for the various channels and touchpoints across the usReporting into the brand manager, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and elevation of love, bonito’s digital and physical experiences to engage, build and nurture our lbcommunity

Main responsibilities

  • Develop day-to-day social media and community operations in the us to establish best-in-class standards and step-in with a hands-on approach where required
  • Collaborate with cross-function counterparts and hq (brand team, data & growth, communications and creative) to launch impactful social media campaigns that captivate the audiences with potential to go viral.
  • Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance of community growth and optimisation across all localised community touchpoints and social platforms
  • Strategize and execute all relevant virtual and physical brand activations across various spectrum and mediums of brand’s experience – product launches, styling workshops, pr events, media launches and more to engage and grow community base with customers and influencers.
  • Initiate & roll-out country-specific customer loyalty rewards program, onboard partners for loyalty perks
  • Establish lb-us social media strategy and frameworks to become the best-in-class dtc e-commerce by identifying new channel opportunities and latest viral trends to supercharge our reach and brand awareness
  • Manage, plan and execute social media and community calendar initiatives and activities, which includes and not limited to content creation and working with micro to nano influencers & real customers to collect ugc content
  • Follow, compile and share industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics, identify gaps and opportunities to further enhance campaign dimensions
  • Run regular surveys and customer interviews to understand better the needs, pain points of our community and to reshape our value proposition

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brandFresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Solid hybrid hands-on experience in social media marketing, community and events management, content planning, and creation.
  • Prior experience in photography and videography will be a plus
  • Adept in adobe photoshop, lightroom, premiere pro/final cut
  • Great team player with strong communication skills
  • Past experience in a high growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment
