Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the evaluation of group loan / individual loan appraisals to approve the facility or to recommend for the next level of approval as per the guidelines of the company whilst monitoring the portfolio quality in the assigned branches. Further, you are required to carry out field visits to identify gaps in the field operation.
Should be a good team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure with employees at all levels. A high level of integrity is expected in this role.
Qualifications and Experience
- Should have successfully completed the GCE (A/L) as the minimum qualification entry
- Valid riding license
- Computer literacy with the ability to work under pressure is vital
- Good academic background while possessing strong communication and negotiation skills
- At least 2 year’s experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
