Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Night Shift)

The job holder is required to manage the employee life cycle from sourcing to separation, Implement effective Human Resource
policies and procedures and coordinate all activities pertaining to HR in order to facilitate effective functioning of Our Kandy branch-

Accountabilities

• Manage employee life cycle from sourcing to separation
• Identify manpower requirements, attract and recruit suitable talent to the organization
• Assist Senior Manager HR to improve employee engagement and to facilitate operational requirements
• Develop Staff Retention strategies
• Overlook the general administrative function in the facility

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree specialized in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 6 or more years of experience in the HR field with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Managerial capacity.
• Knowledge and experience in employee engagement strategies and rewards and recognition initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Computer Literacy (Especially MS Excel)
• Ability to work in Night Shift (7.00 pm to 4.00 am)
• Previous exposure to BPO/KPO industry is an added advantage
• Age below 30 years
