Junior Maintenance Executive-(FMCG)

The person we are looking for

• Minimum of 3 years/ of experience in a Maintenance Executive position in a manufacturing (FMCG) environment.
• BSc graduate specialized in Mechanical Engineering or NDT/HNDE or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in Automation and Electrical systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the team working and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to handle stakeholder relations independently.
• Should be a target-oriented person, below 35 years of age.

Job Profile

• Lead and provide direction to the maintenance team for achieving the machine uptime target with the best engineering standards.
• Engaging with routine and preventive maintenance of Plant equipment, shop floor machines Diesel Generators, Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, E TP and water treatment operations, etc.
• Ensuring the availability of machines for production with the best quality and reliability.
• Continuous improvement of overall equipment efficiency of machines.
• Managing internal & external workforce.
• Managing maintenance expenditure, and statutory compliances in the department.
• Leading maintenance team in speedy implementation of projects relating to developments and new products.
