Qualifications & Other Requirements

• Diploma in Computing / Information Systems / IT or equivalent
• CCNA, MCP, or other IT-related professional qualification is an added advantage
• More than 2 years of experience in IT including at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
• Strong interpersonal, and communication abilities & customer service orientation
• Teamwork & ability to work long hours when necessary
