ERP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all service requests are timely, professionally, and courteously serviced.
• Building and maintaining professional and long-term relationships with key contacts at all levels.
• Anticipating customer problems and proactively managing such scenarios.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Recommending necessary measures and best practices to effectively enhance the solutions deployed.

Requirement

• A minimum of 1+ years experience in ERP Support or implementation.
• Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Proficient in English along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Crystal Report / Power Bi is an added advantage.
