Engineer- Machinery Maintenance FMCG

Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 03 years of hands-on work Experience as a Maintenance Engineer with an overall of 08 years of experience
• And also the candidates should be equipped with the operating knowledge about the machinery of UHT Sterilizers, Canning Line, Spray Dryers,
  Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, and utility machinery such as Boilers, Air Compressors, Ice Bank chillers, etc

Key job functions

• Ensure a hands-on approach in diagnosing/ troubleshooting and implementing long-term solutions
• Troubleshooting on process machinery such as STERILIZERS, SPRAY DRYERS, PUMPS, LIQUID FILLERS, etc
• Ensure execution of effective PMS to improve plant availability in order to achieve stringent production targets
• Management of spare parts for the process machines
• Training/skill building of the team
• Optimize the plant availability
• Plan, develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Exposure to equipment upgrading and commissioning

Salary around 300K (Negotiable)
