Research Analyst

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious research analyst to join our team. You will be working as a part of a team and assisting
the headquarters portfolio managers, you’ll play a key role in our delivery of quality property management services to clients.

What You Need

• Reviewing, analyzing the UK property market
• Understand the needs of the organization in order to target research to the benefits and expectation
• Interpret the research to the directors.
• You need to be on the lookout for the vendors’ intention to renew their contracts
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases

What We Need

• Excellent level of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in property research will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinker and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adjust some working hours to overlap with colleagues in other time zones.
• Self-motivated, quick learning, and a can-do mentality.
