Job Profile

• Drafting, Reviewing and Executing Commercial Agreements
• Examination of title to land and attending to Notarial work including an attestation of Deeds
• Attending to matters pertaining to Litigation end liaising with external lawyers

Personal And Skills Profile

• Should be an Attorney – at – Law with the Notaries License to practice in English
• Should have at least 03 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the Corporate Sector
• Should possess an excellent command of English, both oral and written, and must be computer literate
• Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision in a methodical and organized manner
• Previous working experience in the finance sector would be an added advantage
