The Job Role

• Provide First-level IT support for desktops, laptops, network, and system-related issues Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Si Server operating systems.
• Support and manage Office 365, cloud applications.
• Perform in-depth hardware troubleshooting on desktops. laptops, printers and scanners etc.
  
• Experience / Qualifications /Skills
• Higher Diploma or Related Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Or a related field.
