Requirements
- 3+ years of quality check/customer support/client service positions
- Previous experience in call cent. financial services/IT industry is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication, both written and verbal in English
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customers and social media responses
- Deep dive and analyze to find trends and root causes of errors
- Participate in the design and maintenance of comprehensive compliance plans
- Perform checking of team members following company policies and guidelines
- Build team confidence in the knowledge
