Requirements

  • 3+ years of quality check/customer support/client service positions
  • Previous experience in call cent. financial services/IT industry is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal in English

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customers and social media responses
  • Deep dive and analyze to find trends and root causes of errors
  • Participate in the design and maintenance of comprehensive compliance plans
  • Perform checking of team members following company policies and guidelines
  • Build team confidence in the knowledge
