HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the absenteeism & turnover of the plant cadre within the pre-agreed levels
• Take initiatives to escalate the associate recruitment and ensure the carder requirement is fulfilled
• Initiate motivation programs for the associate level
• Overlook HR compliance & all administration activities in the plant

Qualification

• Degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification in HRM from a recognized institute
• 5 years of experience in the HR field including 2-year experience in the Executive category
• Previous experience in the apparel sector would definitely advantage
