UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to understand their goals and requirements
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
• Creating high-fidelity design and product prototypes
• Developing personas and usage scenarios
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience
• Assisting with content development
• Conducting competitor and customer analysis
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, to ensure that the end product matches the original designs
• Take ownership of the User Experience for a given project and work independently to see it to completion
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design and prototyping software (e.g. Adobe XD, Balsamiq)
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Background or experience in project management and research is a plus
