• Learn and fully understand client application/tool.
• Help resolve software (client product) and technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively.
• Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle issues and inquiries.
• Extensively research and document customer technical issues.
• Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage and escalate when required.
• Partner with Technical Support team members on various strategic projects when needed.
• Create reports and Dashboards.
• Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
What we are Looking For:
• Exelent MS Ecxel skills.
• Have worked on ticketing tools or support applications.
• Have been a part of a support team. Ll support experience at a BPO, Bank, or Telcom Industry.
• Experience in root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ability to learn new software/applications.
• Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent Customer Service Orientation.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Can work as an Individual Contributor or as a team member.
• Proactive thinking and solutions ability.
