Business Analyst

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English across: verbal, written, and graphical
• A track record of building, maintaining, and managing strong relationships with end customers and business owners.
• Strong organizational, planning, negotiating & time management skills.
• Be able to grasp complex user business and system workflows and technical feature concepts in vast systems
• Ability to take initiative to search through documentation, learn the system and avoid regressing it through taking into account all previously delivered functionality
• Knowledge of, and ability to use, requirement and work management systems to clearly document targets objectively and measurably
• Experience with Business Analysis and Software Development toolsets such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs, and MS Visio, etc.
• Experience with some form of visually conveying UX/wireframes (e.g. Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, Justinmind, etc.)

Able to create and manage the lifecycle of changes and refinement of:

• Stories with Acceptance criteria
• Architecture diagrams and Business Process flows
• UX/Wireframes of varying maturities (from rough to prototype)
