One of our client with innovative and sustainable solutions in the field of commercial refrigerators and Air Conditioning, is looking for an energetic individual with the right skill set & experience for the above position.

Job Description

• As an IT Trainee at a manufacturing company in Katunayake BOI zone, you will play a pivotal role in the IT department. Your contributions will directly impact our success as we strive to exceed expectations and set new benchmarks. Responsibilities include:
  Collaborate with the IT team on projects and initiatives
• Support for regular checks on the network, data security, and backup systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems
• Document IT process and maintain records of resolved issues
• Coordination with service providers & system changes as required from time to time
• Collaborate with other divisions for technical assistance.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software and networking
• Basic understanding of database (eg. MySQL, Oracle)
• Excellent problem-solving skill and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Candidates staying proximity to Katunayake will be given priority
