IT Support Specialist

We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Installation, set-up and resolving of hardware and software in end user desktops, laptops and printer.
• Administration and First level support.
• 0365, email, internet and Cloud solutions.
• Maintenance and management of servers and backups.
• Infrastructure First level support and coordinate with services providers in case of troubleshooting.
• Network Equipment’s Wi-Ft Network Maintenance Microsoft patch update and its complaints level.
• Coordination with group IT, head office IT management for various IT initiatives and their execution
  

Required qualifications & skills:

• Degree/HND in any IT Related field.
• Minimum 1 Year experience.
• Able to communicate in English (Reading and Writing).
• Willing to work on weekends if required.
