• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Experience or familiarity with data analysis
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Working knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) is desirable.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
