IT Intern

We are looking for a motivated & tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team and support day-to-day technical operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Provide basic technical support to staff.
• Support routine maintenance and system updates.
• Help with documentation and IT inventory management.
  

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in IT or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be flexible and work after office hours if required.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Mount Lavinia, Wellawatta, Dehiwala, or Ratmalana.
