- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Provide support for operating systems, productivity software, and company-specific applications.
- 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking sitar abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
