JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in IT, Networking, or a related field
- Knowledge of networking, servers, and Windows environments
- Experience in hospitality IT systems (PMS/POS) is an added advantage
- Minimum 1 Year Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and provide timely solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
- Provide technical support for staff across all departments
- Monitor and troubleshoot interne gateways, CCTV, VolP, and firewall systems
- Support PMS (Property Management System), POS systems, email, and server operations.
