As a IT Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues while managing and Maintain IT assets, including computers, servers, and network equipment You will mast in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, collaborating with other departments to understand and address their IT requirements. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure Ca security of IT systems and data, participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve the organization. IT capabilities, and document and maintain records of IT activities and incidents. Your role will also involve handling day-to-day Issues a. support with adherence to SLA timelines and creating and sharing reports in a timely manner.
To thrive in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management must possess strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, as well as experience in IT asset management and inventory control. Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols, SO-WAN technology, and wireless network is essential, while experience with Microsoft Azure will be an added advan.ge. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with a can-do attitude and teamwork spirit, will be key to excelling in this role.
