As a IT Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues while managing and maintaining IT assets, including computers, servers, a. network equipment. You will assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, collaborating with other departments to understand and address their IT requirements. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure. security of IT systems and data, participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve the organization, IT capabilities, and document and maintain records of IT activities and incidents. Your role will also involve handling day-to-day issues and support with adherence to SLA timelines and creating and sharing reports in a timely manner.
To thrive in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management. You must possess strong knowledge of hardware, software, a. network troubleshooting, as well as experience in IT asset management and inventory control. Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols, SO-WAN technology, a. wireless networks is essential, while experience with Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with a can-do attitude and teamwork spirit, will be key to excelling in .is role.
