What we are looking for,

Experience installing, configuring and upgrading hardware and software components
Computer literacy in either MS Office applications. Networking. Hardware
Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN/VPN networking infrastructure. (OS. Anti-Virus, etc.) to ensure security and usability.
Experience repairing or replacing faulty hardware.
Good team-working & interpersonal skills
