YOU WILL,

• Prepare and maintain IT infrastructure documentation such as network diagrams ,server configurations and asset inventory.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for IT-related processes.
• Document software installations, configurations and system updates.
• Maintain and update IT asset records including hardware, software and licenses.
