WE ARE LOOKING FOR INTERNS INTERN – IT SUPPORT
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Internal IT Support Team

What You’ll Do:

• Provide first-level technical support for EPIC applications, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems
• Document IT processes and maintain records of resolved issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects and initiatives.
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
• Basic understanding of Linux Operating System
• Basic Understanding of databases (eg: MySQL, Oracle)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
