WE ARE HIRING – Human Resources & Administration Coordinator
FULL TIME – OFFICE BASED
REQUIREMENTS:
- ‘A’ Grade for at least 1 subject in A’ Level
- ‘A’ Grade for English & Maths in O’ Level
- Should be graduates in the field of HR
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Good understanding of HR and Administrative operations within a hotel environment will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in email communication, digital tools, and computerized software
- Strong communication and administrative skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment Management
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Employee Performance Management
- Employee Engagement
- Attendance and Leave Management
- General Administration and Support
WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY OFFICE BASED 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
SATURDAY OFFICE BASED 9.00 AM – 01.00 PM
SALARY & BENEFITS: Negotiable and will commensurate with skills & experience
