WE ARE HIRING – Human Resources & Administration Coordinator
FULL TIME – OFFICE BASED

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ‘A’ Grade for at least 1 subject in A’ Level
  • ‘A’ Grade for English & Maths in O’ Level
  • Should be graduates in the field of HR
  • At least 3 years of HR experience
  • Good understanding of HR and Administrative operations within a hotel environment will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in email communication, digital tools, and computerized software
  • Strong communication and administrative skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment Management
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Employee Performance Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Attendance and Leave Management
  • General Administration and Support

WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY OFFICE BASED 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
SATURDAY OFFICE BASED 9.00 AM – 01.00 PM

SALARY & BENEFITS: Negotiable and will commensurate with skills & experience
