HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

This position requires a dynamic and a well organized individual with good people skills who can manage HR related matters of approximately 150 staff in a fast paced export production company.

Pre Requisites;
– minimum 5 years experience in a similar position

– a degree equivalent qualification in HR

– good knowledge of modern HR principles

– computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft office applications

– familiar with performance management

– strong communication skills and team player
