HR OFFICER Location: Horana

Our client is one of the leading Manufacturing companies which is located in Horana.

Requirements:

• Male candidate (due to on-site factory operational duties).
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle employee inquiries professionally.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment and be present on the production floor when required.
