HR MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• A degree in HRM with minimum 03 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala

• Knowledgeable in labour laws and familiar with modern HR strategies and administration procedures

• Experience in preparing HR reports and HR platforms desirable

• Self-motivated and can work independently

• Energetic, Positive, Driven and a people person in nature

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and resolve conflict

• Should be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Excellent in IT literacy MS Office package

• Attention to details and organized

• Ability to adapt to new technologies
