Responsibilities:

• HR administration

• Assist in Payroll administration & Talent acquisition

• Preparation of documents relating to employment, Letter of appointments, confirmations, probation evaluations, employment confirmation letters etc.

• Coordinate L& D programs

• Support the Employee relations & Welfare activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management

• Minimum year experience in a similar capacity

• Excellent organization skills

• Excellent command in English it Sinhala (Spoken/Written)

• Work under minimum supervision
