Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall recruitment & selection process of all levels of employees
• Handle on boarding process of all new employees
• Analyze monthly manpower plan and fulfil lthe manpower requirement Set up Key Performance Indicators of employees
• Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate them with training facilities and resources
• Responsible for employees attendance / payroll and other admin functions

Job Qualifications

• A Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or lull Professional Qualification in HRM (CIPM)
• A Minimum 2 years’ experience as on Executive
