Requirements

• Should be energetic and young & should be able to work under pressure
• Should passed G.C.E A/L & Excellent computer keyboard skills
• Full/part qualification in Human Resource from a recognized institute .
• Ability to communicate well in English & Understanding Sinhala/Tamil
• At least 6 months experience. In H.R Industry
  

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process and ensure the top talent joins the team
• Coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Supporting the employee performance monitoring processes
• Monitoring C.R.M, Call Center System to analyze tear. performance
