Associate- Finance Operations

The job entails the provision of Accounting, Financial & Tax Accounting back- office support to clients based in Australia.

The Job

  • Finalization and preparation of monthly accounts
  • Preparation/review of Financial Statements, BAS statements, quarterly reports and Corporate/individual Tax Statements
  • Monthly payroll processing and admin support
  • Preparation of supporting workpapers for tax and financials
  • Engaging regularly with clients and maintaining strong relationships

The Person

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Accounting & Finance (exposure to Australian clients is an added benefit)
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other financial software and tools such as Xero, QB & MYOB
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting part qualification such as CA, CIMA or ACCA
