Management Trainee- Production

Job Role

• The selected need to take over all production-related tasks in Washing Wet Process as assigned by the management
• Need to drive the teams to achieve daily & weekly production goals/delivery cut-offs
• Should maintain expected quality standards & Minimum Labor Turnover, Employee Absenteeism

Qualification and Experience

• BSc. in Chemistry or equivalent
• Should be a strong team player
• Experience/ applied knowledge in washing-related chemicals & Lean manufacturing practices will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
